For this reason, Noblesse by Ludmila offers a voluntary return policy within 14 days after receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return Period<br>Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after receipt. The relevant date is the date on which you received the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conditions for Return<br>A return is only possible if the products are unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging. The products must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Excluded Products<br>For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. This applies in particular to scented candles, reed diffusers, room fragrances, textile sprays, and car perfumes if they have been opened, used, or damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return Shipping Costs<br>The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to Return a Product<br>Please contact us before sending any return by email at info@noblesse-byludmila.ch and provide your order number.
