General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Noblesse by Ludmila at noblesse-byludmila.ch. By completing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

  1. Products and Presentation
    The products, images, and descriptions displayed in the online shop are provided for information purposes. Minor deviations in color, packaging, label, or appearance may occur depending on screen display or product batch and do not constitute a defect.
  2. Prices
    All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices displayed in the online shop apply at the time of the order. Delivery costs are shown separately and displayed before the order is completed.
  3. Order and Conclusion of Contract
    The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed by us.
  4. Payment
    The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The order will be processed after successful payment or after confirmation of the selected payment method.
  5. Delivery
    Delivery is made within Switzerland to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. The delivery cost is CHF 9.00 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  6. Availability
    If a product is not available after the order has been placed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the order may be adjusted, cancelled, or the amount already paid may be refunded.
  7. Inspection of Goods
    The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately after receipt. Damage, incorrect deliveries, or defects must be reported to us by email within 48 hours after receipt. Please include photos of the product, the packaging, and the order number.
  8. Returns and Refunds
    Noblesse by Ludmila offers a voluntary return policy within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Products must be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging. Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  9. Warranty
    The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply. In the case of justified defects, we reserve the right to offer a replacement delivery, a refund, or another appropriate solution.
  10. Liability
    We are only liable for direct damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  11. Use of Products
    Our fragrance products must be used according to the instructions on the packaging. Products must be kept away from children, pets, open flames, heat sources, and sensitive surfaces. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by improper use.
  12. Data Protection
    Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
  13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
  14. Applicable Law
    Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
