Notice on Withdrawal and Voluntary Return Policy
Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases comparable to that in the European Union. Nevertheless, we would like to offer our customers a fair solution and therefore grant a voluntary return policy within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Voluntary Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after receipt, provided that the return conditions are met.
Conditions
A return is possible if the product is unused, unopened, complete, and in its original packaging. The product must not show any damage, signs of use, or alterations.
Exceptions
For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. This applies in particular to scented candles, reed diffusers, room fragrances, textile sprays, and car perfumes if they have been opened, used, or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method. Processing may take a few business days.
