Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. For this reason, Noblesse by Ludmila offers a voluntary return policy within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after receipt. The relevant date is the date on which you received the goods.
Conditions for Return
A return is only possible if the products are unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging. The products must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Excluded Products
For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. This applies in particular to scented candles, reed diffusers, room fragrances, textile sprays, and car perfumes if they have been opened, used, or damaged.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
How to Return a Product
Please contact us before sending any return by email at info@noblesse-byludmila.ch and provide your order number. We will then inform you about the next steps and the return address.
Return Information
Please contact us by email at info@noblesse-byludmila.ch before sending any return and include your order number. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with all further return details. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method. The processing of the refund may take a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please send your order number as well as photos of the product and packaging to info@noblesse-byludmila.ch.
