How can I place an order?
You can add the desired products directly to your cart and complete your order through the checkout. Please make sure that your contact and delivery details are entered correctly.
Where does Noblesse by Ludmila deliver?
We deliver within Switzerland to the delivery address provided by the customer.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost is CHF 9.00 per order. The delivery fee is displayed in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after the order has been confirmed. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to public holidays, high demand, or external shipping delays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@noblesse-byludmila.ch. Once an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
Can I return products?
We offer a voluntary return policy within 14 days after receiving the goods. Products must be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging. Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by email at info@noblesse-byludmila.ch. Please include your order number as well as photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the case as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Depending on availability, payment by card or through digital payment services may be possible.
