Delivery

We deliver our products within Switzerland to the delivery address provided by the customer. Each order is carefully prepared and securely packed so that your fragrance products arrive in the best possible condition.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries are only possible if this option is expressly available at checkout.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost is CHF 9.00 per order. The final delivery costs are displayed in the cart and at checkout before you place your binding order.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, public holidays, or external shipping providers.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect the parcel, or other reasons caused by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for a new delivery.

Damaged Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by email at info@noblesse-byludmila.ch. Please include photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and your order number.
